Selection bar not updating after rzSliderForceRender (fixed)

- Potentially fix this.maxH.rzsl returning NaN

Add a boolean-option so the limit-numbers can be displayed or not. Default value should be that they are displayed

Updated slider and demo

Updated less file to be parametric, updated slider stiles and improved
the demo page.

By dividing the step by the precision you can make it so the slider jumps to the next most precise step as opposed to only whole numbers. (It doesn't make sense to have precision if it will always be forced to a whole number).

Bound touchmove/mousemove to slider instead of document. Used $document.one to remove event on touchend/mouseup

Before the class names were too generic and therefore potentially
causing class name collisions.
